Wrestling is a combat sport where two contestants wrestle with each other on a floor mat. The objective in wrestling is to throw or force your opponent onto his back with both shoulders touching the mat. Wrestlers are always in the same weight class.
In matches wrestlers wear either blue or red kit. A match has two rounds of three minutes, with a 30-second break between rounds. There are two ways of defeating the opponent. One way is called a fall, where the opponent is forced onto his back, the other a points win where points are won for holds, throws and situations. There are a number of weight classes in wrestling.
