Helgen Idrettslag is the only sports club in Norway to offer paintball. We have been doing this for about 10 years. Paintball is an activity where the players are equipped with a mask, marker (the one you shoot with) and paintball magazines. The ball bursts when it hits the opponent, protective clothing etc. The offer is open to anyone who wants to try paintballing, regardless of age (providing the mask fits) and gender.

We have players between the ages of 9-50, both male and female. Some play just for fun, and some are actively involved in tournaments. It's optional! We have a forest course and an outdoor tournament field. The activity starts after the spring thaw, and we have our last meet in October. Everyone gets to play, no matter skill level! The experienced players are happy to train beginners! We have equipment for free loan, but paintball participants must pay for the ammunition (NOK 100 for 500 balls).
