Musical bands or corps are musical groups or orchestras that have members that play a variety of instruments. One can learn to play an instrument in a band, and join in gatherings and tours. You will see many bands participating in the streets on May 17th and other special holidays. The musicians wear colourful uniforms when they play concerts.

Wind instruments produce sound when the musician blows through them. Drums and cymbals are typical percussion instruments. Anyone can join a band. You don’t have to be able to read music before you join. You will be able to borrow your instrument from the band in most cases.
