Litt om Helteløpet

Helteløpet – The Hero Run – is organised every even-numbered year at Rauland. The sports & athletics club IL Dyre Vaa arranges the run. You are warmly welcomed to join in as a participant or volunteer. The distances run vary to accommodate every need and proficiency level.

You can choose to run HelteLøpet 26 km, HalvHelten/TrimHelten/FamilieHelten or BarneHelten ranging from roughly 200 metres to 3 km for the eldest. The run is arranged in magnificent mountain terrain, a floodlight track in the hamlet centre or along the beautiful waters of Totak and woodland tracks. Everyone is more than welcome, from those who simply want a gentle run in beautiful natural surroundings to those who are more energetic
