Ice hockey is a team sport that is played on an ice rink with two goals. Each team usually consists of 25 players where they have 5 outfielders and 1 goalkeeper on the field at the same time. The goal of these two teams is to use their hockey sticks to score goals by hitting the puck into the opponent's goal. Each player has suitable protective equipment to prevent injury either in the event of opponents colliding or a player taking a fall on the ice. This is a sport with high speed and intensity that has its own rules that will help create a fair match, but also prevent accidents and injuries.
